March 2009 Community Service Project

Hopewell Softball will be helping our local non-profit scholarship organization

"Angels of 97" with a donation of a Family Movie Night themed gift basket.  We are asking for everyone to bring an item or two to place in this basket; ideas are below.  This basket will be used in their silent auction on March 21st to help raise scholarship money for Hopewell High School Seniors (and North Meck Seniors).  You can go to the website at www.angelsof97.com to learn more.  
        
Please bring your items to one of the team captain or team mom by Monday March 16.  Help support your Titans as they support their community.

Ideas:
DVD's; Microwave popcorn; Pringles, M&M's, Candy Bars; Gummy Candy; Throw Blanket; Drink Mix (Kool Aid), Hot Chocolate, Blockbuster movie gift cards, etc

Winners are based on academics, athletics and community and school involvement, receive $1,000 towards college. Nine monthly winners are selected, one will be chosen student-athlete of the year and receive a $5,000 scholarship
